The Swapp App connects you with a specialist via its’ private in-App messenger, and provides a secure portal where you can upload a photo of your utility bill. Your specialist will use the details on the bill to immediately search the market for a lower price on your behalf, whilst you sit back and relax.
If you dont have a utility bill handy, upload a favourite photo, and your specialist will ask you a couple of simple questions to get started.
When we have found you the best deal, you will get a notification via the Swapp App, which will appear on your phones’ screen. Here you have the opportunity to ask your specialist any questions about the new tariff, who is very knowledgeable in the area of energy switching.
When you are happy with the new deal the switch is just a click of a button. Your specialist will stay with you to answer any concerns, and help you through the process.
